Websites like twitter can be used to distribute to audiences on a large scale, which means a professional can get more success out of their products. An example of this will be when Starbucks used backlash to advertise their Christmas cups. People began bashing the cups saying they weren't 'Christmas enough' and Starbucks embraced this by sharing different forms of the cup, while engaging with customers by liking and retweeting their comments.

Spotify has allowed YouTuber KSI to collaborate with various musicians. KSI collaborated with Craig David on their song called 'Really Love'. They used Spotify to promote and release their song to millions of users.
Youtube allowed both KSI and Craig David to further collaborate to promote the release of their song. After the song released both KSI and Craig David created type for their song to ensure it gathered millions of streams. KSI took this further by engaging with fans by liking and replying to reactions to his song.
